Certifications
EFI recently enhanced our certifications to include AS9100B along with ISO9001:2008 & ISO 14001. The purpose for the added AS9100B is to assist in meeting requirements of potential Aerospace customers while EFI diversifies the customer base.
EFI originally obtained QS9000 in 1997 & maintained the QS standard until 2006 when an adjustment to ISO9001 was made. Many of the same procedures remain in place while not mandated by the ISO9001 standard.
EFI achieved ISO14001 in December 2003. ISO14001 is a voluntary international standard recognized as a company’s ability to effectively manage its impact on the environment.
